How We Deliver Recruitment Solutions
About Our Recruitment Services
🏗️We provide Recruitment and Workforce Solutions across the Construction and Engineering Sectors, with direct access to experienced and qualified professionals. Our focus is on delivering the right people for the right roles, ensuring projects are supported by individuals who meet both technical and operational requirements.
Roles We Recruit For
👷 We recruit for a wide range of positions, including Site Engineers, Site Managers, Safety Managers and Safety Officers, Mechanical Engineers, Site Agents, Project Managers, and general Site Personnel. We also support roles such as Supervisors, where required. Our network allows us to source experienced professionals suited to a variety of project environments.
Our Recruitment Approach
🔍What sets L&R Workforce Solutions apart is our hands-on approach to recruitment. We review every candidate we headhunt and every CV we receive to ensure they meet the Technical, Operational, and Site-Specific requirements of each client. We focus on Quality, Suitability, and Reliability rather than simply forwarding applications.
Supporting Critical Projects
🚧A key part of our service is supporting mission-critical roles and projects where performance, compliance, and timelines are essential. We work closely with clients to understand what success looks like on site and provide personnel who can perform under pressure and deliver results.
Working as a Recruitment Partner
🤝Our approach allows us to act as a true partner rather than a traditional recruitment agency. We prioritise long-term relationships and consistent delivery, ensuring our clients receive not just available candidates, but the right people for their projects.
